EFJCA-activities Autumn

This autumn, EFJCA will be organising a range of activities for professionals working in the field of domestic and gender-based violence. Confirmed events include a Masterclass, a Webinar and a Cross-Profession Meeting.

Masterclass Dr. Jackson Katz

Masterclass with Dr. Jackson Katz – internationally renowned educator, author and internationally recognised pioneer of the bystander approach to preventing gender-based violence. His groundbreaking work demonstrates how individuals, organisations and communities can become active bystanders who help prevent violence before it occurs. Through his work on engaging men and boys, leadership and cultural change, he has influenced prevention policies and practices worldwide.

Webinar Prof. Dr. Kasia Uzieblo

Webinar with Prof. Dr. Kasia Uzieblo – forensic psychologist, professor and internationally recognised expert in personality disorders, psychopathy, stalking, threat assessment and violent behaviour. Drawing on both research and clinical practice, she will explore perpetrator profiles and explain how understanding behavioural patterns can support more accurate risk assessment and more effective multidisciplinary responses.

Cross-Profession Meeting

Cross-Profession Meeting – bringing together professionals from Family Justice Centers, related centres and partner organisations across Europe and beyond to exchange knowledge, share promising practices, strengthen cross-border cooperation and learn from each other's multidisciplinary approaches to addressing domestic and gender-based violence.

More information, including dates, registration details and any additional activities, will be shared through our Newsflash and on this website. Stay tuned!
