Tanya Hoogwerf is manager of Filomena, a unique partnership in Rotterdam for victims of complex domestic violence and child abuse.

She ensures the connection between all the highly specialized knowledge that is joined here, such as forensic physicians, trauma specialists and police in conjunction with the team of intensive case managers that guide the victims for as long as necessary.
