Bio Pille Tsopp-Pagan

Pille Tsopp-Pagan is an Estonian social justice advocate, standing for women's and children's rights to live free from violence. Her professional background is business finance, as CFO of various companies for 30 years.

She is the co-founder of the first women's shelter in Baltic states in 2002. Since 2011, serving as head of the NGO. Internationally, during 2017- 2021 she served as President of WAVE Network. Currently, she is member of GREVIO.

She has led several international projects that advance assisting victims of DV. For the past 8 years she has worked together with international partners for creating a framework of supporting older victims of violence.

She is actively participating in international groups(Global Network of Women's Shelters; INPEA, WMG) and has represented WMG during HLPF sessions in 2022 and 2024. In October 2024 she moderated UNECE session in Geneva, during preparation of B+30.
