Bio Doron Wijker

Ms. Wijker is a Policy Analyst in the OECD’s social policy division, specialising in gender equality, violence against women and digitalisation. Doron has worked across the social and health sectors to help countries understand and address GBV; to improve health and social services; and to leverage the opportunities of digital technologies to improve outcomes for individuals and societies.

Prior to joining the OECD she worked with police, legal and social services, amongst others, including leading a team to deliver a restorative justice programme for survivors of abuse in the Australian Defence Force. Ms. Wijker is Dutch, Australian and Israeli, and has degrees from the London School of Economics and the University of Queensland.
